| OFFICER FRANCIS (FRANK) MORRIS WOZNIAK Detroit Lakes PD Died October 20, 1969 Officer Frank Wozniak died Monday, October 20th, from a heart attack. He was 41 years old. Born May 20th, 1928, he had been an officer for four years. He was survived by his wife, Jeanette and three daughters: Francine, Marie, and Patricia. His funeral was held Thursday, October 23rd, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
